Through our innovative and individual-focused supported living service, residents can enjoy independent living in our luxurious, home-style accommodations, with the added advantage of having our professional support team available on-site.
Consultation Services
We provide complimentary consultation services to our residents, valuing their input and insights. Additionally, we can offer one-on-one support from various allied healthcare professionals.
Leisure Activity
Our facility offers residents a diverse array of engaging activities to enjoy within our accommodations. Our highly trained and enthusiastic staff are readily available to assist and facilitate residents in participating in these activities.

Our comprehensive range of services encompasses practical assistance, companionship, personal care, and complex care, all tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients in the comfort of their homes. Bavac Care is proudly working towards a CQC qualification to offer personal care services.
Staffing Services
Bavac Care specialises in providing a wide range of healthcare and allied professional experts to diverse clients, such as hospitals, care homes, private individuals, and referrals from social services seeking in-home support and care.

semi independent Accommodation
Our semi-independent, luxurious living facilities offer premium accommodation and create a supportive and serene environment for residents aged 18 years and above in the Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire and Stoke-On-Trent areas, and soon in the Preston and Cheshire areas too. Our mission is to cultivate a culture of respect, independence, age-appropriate decision-making, and to impart essential life skills necessary for daily living and a seamless transition into adulthood.We provide a spacious 5-bedroom terrace house designed to modern standards, delivering a luxurious, tranquil, warm, and homelike family atmosphere for our residents. Our residence is conveniently located in town, ensuring easy access to social amenities. Our home is staffed around the clock, and we maintain CCTV monitoring for the security and safety of our residents and staff. It's important to note that our CCTV monitoring is solely for crime prevention and not for monitoring the activities of our residents.
Supported Living
Through our innovative and person-centered supported living program, we empower young adolescents aged 18 and above to live independently in our home and community with ease, thanks to our professional support services.We offer an extensive range of services that cover every aspect of daily life, helping individuals develop essential life skills for independent living. We provide complimentary consultation services to our residents, valuing their perspectives as highly valuable and significant. Our collaboration with young individuals aligns with the principles outlined in the Children Act 1989. Our partnership approach emphasizes consultation and effective communication with our young residents, which is put into practice through various means.Our consultation services cover a wide range of areas, including:- Home decoration and furnishing
- Planning and organizing sporting, cultural, and recreational activities
- Arranging seasonal celebrations and gifts
- Guiding educational choices, including subjects, examinations, certifications, and college selection
- Supporting professional career development, including curriculum vitae writing
- Assisting in the selection of a key worker
- Addressing health-related matters, among other topics.
Leisure Activities
At Bavac Care, we firmly believe that every individual we support can accomplish remarkable feats. Within each of our homes, we offer a diverse array of engaging and purposeful activities, custom-tailored to each person's unique capabilities. These activities are designed to foster social, vocational, and life skills, while nurturing confidence and self-esteem. Our overarching philosophy centers on living life to the fullest and having a great time.There is a wealth of opportunities for participation and enjoyment, ranging from daily activity schedules, sports and leisure activities, and social events to engaging in projects and competitions, as well as regular outings and trips. In a recent survey, 100% of our residents expressed their enjoyment of the activity program, with an average of 12 distinct activities being participated in each week.Our daily activity programs are thoughtfully crafted by dedicated Day Activity Coordinators at each of our homes. These programs are personalised for each individual, with itineraries co-created in collaboration with those we support and relevant care professionals, including speech therapists, local music, drama, and art therapists, local colleges, and our own Positive Behaviour Support Team. This team arranges psycho-educational events such as dog therapy days and mindfulness workshops, designed to encourage socialisation and enhance emotional regulation skills.In their downtime, our homes are equipped with communal lounges, often featuring a designated "quiet" lounge. These spaces provide comfortable seating, TVs, game consoles, computers, and internet access. Residents can also find a variety of games, hobbies, and sports equipment at their disposal.
Career Support
Approach to Supporting Young Individuals Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET)Prolonged disengagement from education, training, and employment poses potential risks and the threat of exclusion for youth at critical life stages.To address these challenges, we have implemented a five-phase approach:1. Self-evaluation.
2. Assessment of skills.
3. Establishing a clear direction.
4. Setting a timeframe.
5. Evaluating career plans.
Transition Support
Our supported service is designed to enable a smooth transition for our young individuals to adult services, promoting the development of their independence and helping them realise their dreams and aspirations. We prioritise the interests of our young residents, and this is reflected in the person-centred care we provide to meet their specific needs.Our transition support encompasses the following:- Securing suitable accommodations that meet their needs.
- Offering skill development support to our young individuals.
- Facilitating the integration of our young residents into the local community.
- Promoting family time, fostering friendships, and enabling a fulfilling life for our residents.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents.
- Collaborating with our residents, their families, and healthcare interprofessional teams to provide personalized support.
- Leveraging our experienced and skilled support team, who consistently undergo updated training to offer professional assistance to our residents.
- Assisting young individuals in finding meaningful employment.
Home care services
Our Services staff also focus on helping service users (all cases) develop their social skills such as managing relationships, personal hygiene, appropriate behaviour, how to dress and behave appropriately, assertiveness, health and well being, outdoor activities and managing drugs and alcohol use (safe limits and recovery programmes).Our Service staff work closely with each service user to help them learn these essential social skills to equip them and give them confidence for day to day living.

- Dressing for the occasion
